二〇〇七年二月五日(月)

寝室を窓付きの部屋にかえたら、朝の強い日差しが心地良い。起きてしまうのがもったいないので、二度寝をする。差し迫る事、そんな事がある時に限って僕はなにもしない日々を過ごすようになる。ただ、何かが変わってきている。自分じゃなくて、まわりのいろいろが。それをひしひしと感じる。

As I changed my bedroom which had a window attached, the sunlight in the morning is cozy. Waking up seemed to a bit wasteful so I slept again. When something is imminent to me , I always try not to think about it and do nothing.I know, something is changing, not about me, my surroundings are. It comes home to me.

二〇〇八年二月二十八日(月)
知恩寺へお参り。一年前まで住んでいた吉田本町の家を見に行く。今はまた誰かが住んでいるようだ。家の前に自転車がおいてある。お隣に挨拶をしようかと思ったが、そんな気にもなれず、持っていたカメラで一回、地面に向かってシャッターを切った。

Visiting Chion temple. I went to see the house which I was living one year ago. Someone seems to live there now. A bicycle is parked in front of the house. I was wondering to exchange greetings to  the neighbor, but I didn’t feel like it. I just  took out my camera and shooted once toward the ground.
